All our customer service agents work from their homes with the help of Zendesk and other technologies that allow you to ditch your daily commute to the office.

Candidates must have previous experiences managing a call centre team or a similar environment, doing payroll and scheduling. They must also have a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work from their home where they can take customer calls and communicate with team members.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding their orders placed online.
  • Receive inbound calls from customers.
  • Oversee the department and monitor agent activity and performance
  • Help recruit and interview potential customer service agents.
  • Review customer service team interactions to notice trends and problems, and come up with solutions and training to keep the department running smoothly.
  • Anything and everything to do with managing our team! This is your domain!

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Experience managing a team, preferably a customer service team.
  • Comfortable with being on the phones all-day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good to have:

  • Experience using Zendesk is a huge plus.
  • Experience recruiting and hiring team members
  • Experience in online sales
  • Experience managing a remote team is a HUGE plus - remote work is a whole different beast!
  • Previous call centre experience

Job Details:

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $25 + Rate can vary depending on experience. We're looking for the right fit!
