Who are we?
The Specialized Universal Network of Oncology Centre (SUN) was established in 2008, as the first comprehensive private cancer care center in Alexandria, Egypt. SUN has a dedicated multidisciplinary team of highly trained medical and paramedical staff, providing high-quality Oncology Care covering a full scope of diagnosis and treatment, all delivered according to the most recent treatment guidelines. SUN is now offering its services to patients from all over Egypt and internationally.
SUN Oncology Center provides cancer care services to more than 100 patients every day, with the capacity for 10 inpatients and 25-day care patients, and many outpatient clinics. With approximately 2,500 new cancer patients registered every year.
The SUN team consists of 25 certified physicians in different specialties dedicated to the care of cancer patients: Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Paediatric Oncologists, Haematologists, Palliative care, Internal Medicine, Pain Management, Nutrition, Psychiatry, and Infection Control. Along with 8 certified Clinical Pharmacists and 8 certified Nurses. Radiological and laboratory services are available on-site. SUN staff are always enthusiastic to train young professionals.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Director to lead the marketing growth strategy and campaign development, in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming priorities into world-class integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of marketing specialists.
- Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the organization.
- Planning advertising and promotional campaigns for products and services on a variety of digital and print media.
- Liaising with shareholders and vendors to enhance the success of all activities as well as the online presence of the organization.
- Follow up on all preset projects to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics.
- Organizing and attending marketing conferences to raise brand awareness.
- Preparing content for publishing marketing materials and supervising their publication.
- Conduct market research for available growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with managers to create budgets and implement project plans within the budget.
- Work to provide appropriate support in creating marketing programs.
- Analyze consumer behaviour by collecting marketing data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in coordinating projects and people in Marketing or Sales.
- Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management Strong understanding of business.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage all marketing processes from start to finish.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events, including webinars.
