LVN Pediatric After Hous Clinic(Evenings)

Location: Odessa, Texas

Description: Odessa Regional Medical Center is at the momment seeking for LVN Pediatric After Hous Clinic(Evenings) right now, this position will be situated in Texas. Provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of the clinic physician. Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about changes in pediatric patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Provides service to age range from infant to geriatric. Participates in Performance Improvement Activities. Hours are as follows: Mon. Tues, Thur, Fri 2p-10p must be able to work evenings, Wed 1:00-5:00p Saturdays 8a-1p.

Regulatory Requirements:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of Texas.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of six months to one year's work experience.

Language Skills:

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Additional languages preferred.

Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
