Position Concept: Responsible for all facets branded product sales into the US Home Care M arket. The p! rimary responsibility is to increase sales by promoting branded products in clinical referral sources, at national and regional conferences, end user events, and support groups.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Increase US Homecare Sales of branded products.
2. Ensure sales results by having proper knowledge of products and technologies as well as understanding US Homecare Market.
3. Utilize strate gic selling skills with key contacts in clinical referral accounts to meet sales objectives and create demand for branded product prescriptions.
4. Work with clinical contacts to ensure samples are available to end users.
5. Conduct regular in-service education programs to ensure proper usage and continued product satisfaction.
6. Sample products directly to consumers through clinical referral accounts, end user events, support group meetings, and clinic days.
7. Work with provider sales representatives to increase customer base and sales ! potential of products into clinical referral sources .
8. ! Support provider sales representative by providing samples, literature and product education.
9. Provide customer support and assist in preventing and resolving any issues that might impact service levels to the end user.
10. Meet and exceed customerâs needs.
11. Maintain ethical and professional selling standards.
12. Develop and maintain open, positive and productive lines of communication with home office staff.
13. Communicate with Region Manager and Sales Director to ensure responsibilities and objectives are being met.
14. Work closely wi th Sales Director, Marketing Manager and Regional Sales Managers.
15. Atten d Regional and National Conferences and end user events .
16. Continuously monitor competitive activity and provide regular updates to corporate office.
17. Attains monthly call activity goals and objectives.
18. Uses Fiscal Responsibility for all work related expenses.
19. Completes weekly/monthly reports.
