Manage incoming calls

CS & Account Management representative is responsible for ensuring contact between our clients and their customers. Constant communication with our clients, warehouses, and Salesupply offices worldwide. Superior customer service and relationship building are the cornerstones of this position.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication skills

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

English speaker (Spanish is a plus)

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer experience required

Detail oriented Solid values and a “can do” attitude
