Description
The incumbent in this position is a first line supervisor who participates in and facilitates the management of the operational and personnel activities of the department. They are responsible for assisting with the management of the the department's daily operation by supervising and coordinating the clinical aspects of Physical Therapy and for providing clinical services and education.The incumbent also provides direct therapy services to PT patients.
Candidate must have PT license, with 3-4 years of previous PT experience. Prefer 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
Qualification required:
Physical Therapy License
CPR/BLS
In addition to having a passion for pediatrics, ideal candidate will have strong problem solving and decision making skills. This role combines patient care and supervisory role.
Previous pediatric experience on the Inpatient side.
Candidate must have PT license, with 3-4 years of previous PT experience. Prefer 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
