We need someone that truly has a passion for pediatrics.
We are looking for a Team Leader for inpatient care. The incumbent in this position is a first line supervisor who particiaptes in and facilitates the management of the operational and personnel activities of the department.
You will be responsible for assisting with the management of the department's daily operation by supervising and coordinating the clinical aspects of Physical Medicine and Rehab services and for providing clinical services and education.
You will be doing patient care as well as having a supervisory role. You report to the Clinical Manager and will supervise the staff under them and help care for the personnel assigned to them, typically 7 to 8 therapists.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience as a therapist as well as at least 2 years experience as a manager of actual therapists, not just aides.
You must have both hospital and strong peds experience. This hospital deals with peds from birth to 17 years old.
