Position Title: RN - PICU
Salary Range: 33.00 - 40.00
Location: Dallas, TX
Description: A great opportunity for prof! essional growth is waiting for you in early September in a great area, beautiful facility with an excellent work environment. RN's needed for both day and night swing shifts (these will be contracts) as well as PRN positions will be available.
Compensation: We offer outstanding pay rates, liberal travel/housing allowances, and completion bonuses. Direct deposit and on-line scheduling is available to you without charge. We provide great, hands-on support, and you will enjoy working with our courteous and helpful staffers.
Requirements: Candidate must be licensed by the State of Texas. Two years of Pediatric ICU experience required. Also you must have American Heart Association CPR, PALS, along with all immunizations, etc. Must be able to conduct an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs within time frame specified by client facility's policies, procedures or proto! cols. Conducts ongoing assessments as determined by the patien! t's condition and/or the client facility's policies, procedures or protocols and re-prioritizes care accordingly. Develops plan of care that is individualized for the patient reflecting collaboration with other members of the healthcare team. Performs appropriate treatments as ordered by physician in an accurate and timely manner.
