Because we are growing, we are searching for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for our facility in Humble. We have full-time and contract positions available. We serve a wide range of pediatric patients ranging in age from birth to 21 years. The diagnoses we treat include Down's syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, developmental delays, ADHD, Autism, torticollis, among others. Cole Pediatric Therapy is passionate about our children and the surrounding community.
The job opportunities will include but are not limited to the following:
Performs comprehensive evaluations of referred clients using standardized testing tools, non-standardized testing tools and diagnostic probes/tools.
Provides speech therapy for a wide range of pediatric diagnoses that include: Down's syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, genetic disorders and developmental delays.
Completes all documentation required for each patient on time, within the specified time period. Communicates to physicians, appropriate members of staff, pa! tient and family members regarding patient needs and progress, either by documentation or, if necessary, direct contact.
Supplies billing information to appropriate staff, in a proper and timely manner for all patient procedures.
Participates in and attends rehabilitation team conferences and clinic staff meetings as scheduled.
Will perform supervision responsibilities after three years or earlier if deemed competent in completing supervisory tasks. Provides supervision for speech language pathology assistants as needed
Observes patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA guidelines.
Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment. Request orders of needed supplies and equipment in a timely manner to avoid emergency ordering.

Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program holding a Masters degree.
Current Texas license for Physical Therapy
Must be competent to treat pediatrics and adolescents
Must have CPR certification for all ages
Computer skills-Microsoft Word preferred
