Description: Cook Children's Health Care System is looking of Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist right now, this position will be delegated in Texas. The Heart Center at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking to add an additional full time pediatric cardiac Intensivist. The incumbent will join ! a group of five physicians that currently provide full time coverage to our busy cardiac intensive care unit.
The candidate should be either board certified/eligible in pediatric critical care with significant experience or additional training in cardiac critical, or board certified/eligible in pediatric cardiology with additional fellowship training in pediatric cardiac intensive care.
The Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Cook Children’s Medical center is an 8-, soon to be 10-bed, dedicated cardiac intensive care unit where the candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of specialist caring for children with congenital heart disease. A full spectrum of pediatric critical care is practiced within the unit, and the ideal candidate with have solid clinical and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to secure an unrestricted Texas Medical License.
