Cook Children's Physician Network (in Fort Worth, TX) has an excellent opportunity for a board certified/board eligible sports medicine physician to treat patients in our outpatient, multi-specialty clinic located in Southlake, Texas.

Candidates must be board certified in Pediatrics or Family Practice Medicine and board certified or board eligible in Sports Medicine. Physician must secure an unrestricted Texas Medical License before commencement of employment.
