This opening provides you the opportunity to work within a fun office environment centered on Pediatric patients. Every thing we do, from the way we decorate and equip our offices to the community events in which we participate, focuses on providing an environment where children can feel at ease - even if they don't feel well! Our clinics operate after hours and on weekends for those times when the children in our communities need fast, high-quality treatment but their primary Pediatrician may be unavailable.

Uniform Allowance Front Desk - Receptionist
Familiarity with electronic medical records is a plus
Administering the patient call-in and wait lists
Answering phones, taking messages or directing to appropriate staff if necessary
Receiving and entering patient demographic and insurance information
Understanding medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT codes is a plus
Receiving patient co-pays, deductibles and payments
Ensuring all critical billing information and payment is received prior to patient check-out Qualifications
1 year of medical receptionist experience and insurance verification required
Familiar with computers and the internet
Must know Microsoft Word and Excel
Insurance verification preferred
