Designation: Business Development Sales Qualification: Engineering Degree - Mechanical / Electrical preferred. We can consider a Diploma Engineer with relevant experience. Experience Profile (Based on critical requirements listed first); Must be experienced in selling Industrial Products to Customers in and around city area. Industrial Products could be Power Tools, End Fittings, Bits & Extensions, Consumables & Accessories. While we can consider equipment sales too, high end machinery sales may not be a suitable candidate profile. (Designations & Salaries will be adjusted) Work Profile should include a lot of cold customer visits to the factory/shop floor and phone follow ups. Selling should be a core area of interest and their intent to make a career in sales. Should have a of cold calls, follow ups, product demonstrations, price negotiations, sales closure, post closure follow ups. Capability to work with minimal supervision. Organised work system, regular email communication with customers and a responsive nature are critical to the role. Should preferably have own two wheeler (& licence) Compensation: Depending on the candidate the range can differ . + PF + Medical Insurance + Other Benefits + Incentive Structure.
